Our Story

PAVEx Development Inc. was founded in July 2024 with a vision to build software and AI-powered solutions that solve real infrastructure problems in the Philippines. What began as a concept soon evolved into a company that combines modern technology with hands-on engineering expertise — developing digital platforms like Project DAAN alongside pavement engineering consultancy for government agencies and private institutions.

Engr. Julius Marvin V. Flores, PhD founder of PAVEx, brings nearly 20 years of civil engineering experience, including over 15 years specializing in pavement engineering. That hands-on technical background is what shapes PAVEx's software — Dr. Flores set out to build tools that solve the practical problems he saw in the field, not just theoretical ones.

Today, PAVEx builds data-driven software and AI platforms — including Project DAAN, our AI-powered road condition survey system — while also offering pavement evaluation, design, and analysis services grounded in real engineering expertise. It's this combination of code and fieldwork that lets PAVEx build tools that actually work for the people using them.

PAVEx aims to contribute to a future where Philippine infrastructure is powered by the same data-driven technology used by global leaders such as South Korea, Germany, and the United States. In PAVEx, we believe to pave forward!
